Hi,
I am getting the document verified by my lawyer. If you have deed agreement then the advocate Anitha S Nittor has verified the project. I inquired and she told she is on SBI home loan panel. The builder has not yet gone for SBI approval and so the project is not yet approved by SBI.

She can give her opinion if you pay her Rs. 3000. I am getting it verified by my lawyer. Could one of you take the pain and get feedback on her for this property. Her no would be 9480 91496. We can share both the details on this site.
