OC or RERA certification

Recently visited the project. The Marketing person said there is no OC, since they are going for the RERA certification. Could someone, who already has a flat bought, guide us this, i.e. whether really OC is necessary or RERA certification is sufficient and if so, whether the project has the RERA certificate.

Planning to buy flat in Regalia . Builder said OC will get after completetion of basket ball court . Not Sure how true is that . Existing flat owners could you please update on OC .
