Agreement Signing

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone has already signed the agreement for the flats that they booked. Few questions :

1. Did you ask for any changes to the agreement?

2. Did you only pay 15% of (Basic Cost + Car Park) - Booking Amount, during signing

When did you receive the agreement signing notice?

Last I learnt from the Oysters staff at the site is that 2 people have signed agreement. Have they shared the agreement template?

Today morning I came to know from HDFC that they have approved of the project for G+14. Any idea if SBI have processed or approved the project?

I received an email from Oysters about 2 weeks back asking me to come for signing the agreement and pay 15%
I have not received the draft agreement yet. I am waiting for my lawyer to finish verifying the legal docs after which I will go for signing

Hello Sohan/Aarthi,
I've booked an apartment in Tower A 6th floor. I got a mail from the builders asking me to come and sign the agreement and pay 15% of the amount.
I had gone to their office the weekend before last and got the draft agreement. I also talked to the SBI lawyer who has given the legal clean chit for the site, and she asked me to go ahead with the agreement.
Has anyone among you signed the agreement?
