Feedback about Regalia

Hi All,

We are planning to buy a flat in Regalia and wanted to check with other buyers about their feedback on the project. I need to check the below -

1. How satisfied are you with the way the project is progressing ? Is it on time or not ?
2. How responsive is the builder towards you/ your queries?
3. Are there are any known issues with the builder or the project ? I am sure these would be minor ones but would still like to check those.
4. Are you guys satisfied with documentation ?

Can't say I am happy booking a flat here, project is delayed by almost an year already and now he is not even confident to complete by Dec 2016.Construction Quality is OK though.

Have you purchased the flat in Keerthi Regalia?
We are planning to book a flat over there and wanted to check the feedback or pain points.

Can someone confirm whether we have approvals for the 16th and 17th floor as well from BBMP?
