Sorry for posting something not entirely relevant to the subject.

I wanted to inquire about Keerthi Krishna Viva. I am planning to book a flat there and hence would appreciate any feedback you can give around

1. Credibility

2. Timeliness

3. Construction Quality

4. Overall cooperation and support

I have gone through all the posts in the thread but if you can share anything additional, it would be a great help.

I plan to do the booking within this week. Look forward to hearing from you.

P.S: Does Keerthi has loan approval from SBI?

Hi Sarthak,

Actually Yesterday only i visited Keerthi krishna viva and i was pretty interested in booking it.

I had a discussion with Mahadev who made me talk to the SBI representative for Krishna viva and he explained me that they do not pre-aprroval from SBI but the project was legally cleared from SBI(There is a difference).
