Has anybody got idea which financial institutions have approved the project?

Thanks for creating the group. I have booked a flat in B block 11th floor.

The builder is claiming that HDFC, LIC, ICICI and AXIS have approved the project. However I have not verified with the bank.

Vivek - I have found both positive and negative reviews about the builder on the internet. I have not gone for legal verification yet.

Most of the builders have some negative reviews on the internet. It is always a little risk buying an under construction flat.

Some -ive feedback are here:

1. Keerthi Flora land issue. Apparently Keerthi has reached a compromise with the apartment owners but yes the buyers had no choice but to compromise

2. Keerthi Gardenia - Builder wanted to raise the no of floors from 9 to 11, but later decided not to as the buyers opposed it.

Did anyone booked in Keerthi ragalia? I have recently booked in B block 3rd floor. Just wanted to know whether all approvals are ready. I have not yet verified. They told me that they will refund booking amount if am not satisfied.

Thanks for the reply. We have recently booked a flat on 15th Floor B Wing. I agree with your point that all builders have some negative feedback. Are you planning to go for legal verification and home loan? We are planning to go for legal verification process and home loan approval. Thanks

Hi Vivek,
I have given the documents to my lawyer . He said he will need a weeks time to verify everything . I will keep you all posted .

I am not going for home loan for now.

Also I believe the builder has got approval only till 14 floors as of now. This something you may want to consider.

Thanks for the update. Please keep us posted regarding the feedback from the lawyer. Yes, approval is only till 14th Floor as of now. We have just booked the flat and will go for the agreement only once the builder gets the approval for remaining floors.
