HDFC approved Keerthi Regalia

Today I got a call from HDFC stating that they have approved of this project on 22/Jul/2013 for G+14 floors.

Legal is clear and they shared the approval number as P897902

We are are planning to go with SBI. So we are waiting for SBI folks to let us know if the papers are clear.
We have not yet signed the agreement. Tentatively it looks like it shall be mid of August.

How about you? Any idea how many of us have signed the agreement.
Any idea how the construction is progressing? Last I saw in the first week of June when the lower basement work was underway.
