What if something like this was elaborated and loosened to cater to more than just del.icio.us and include an integrated viewer for media and pages. Allow user management and mixing/merging of tags and XML output.  Network the app so sharing and collaboration is direct.  SpinXpress it.  That reminds me, need to invite markus to this discussion.
