installing from egg fails

hi,

I'm using sabayon linux so no packages for me.
I tried the easy_install method, but after a crash it stopped working
(typical .6 bug, fixed in .6.1)

This is my output. Any workarounds? Install from sources is not an
option snce I cannot install gnome2-desktop because I have no idea how
that package is called in Sabayon.

Does it work if you rename your config file before running with the
0.6 version? Move ~/.config/takenote to a different location/name and
then run keepnote. Let me know if this works.
