Hash test failed

Hi everybody.

I am a long time KeepassX user on my Mac. Recently I bought a Nexus7
tablet, then installed Keepassdroid. I installed some apps so I
created some new entries in Keepassdroid for the new accounts.

Today, I was willing to replace the KeepassX db on my Mac with the db
stored in my android, and just moved the db from my Nexus to my Mac,
then overwrite this one.

So I tried to open that db in my KepassX and it shows me a warning
"Hash test failed" and refuses to open it.

Now, I have no working db in my Mac. Is there some chance to fix this?

BTW, I have version 0.4.3 of KeepassX, last Play store version of
KeePassDroid, I'm trying to use a .kdb database using the same
password in both. Thanks again.

OK. I've just fixed it by installing BoxCryptor app in both my Nexus7
and my Mac, then created a crypto-folder in my Dropbox account (from
my Mac CryptoBox app), then uploaded the db from my Nexus7, then
opened it from KeePassX in my Mac.

I don't understand why this works and simply copy/paste the db does not.
