Not just hill walkers

Hello,
I am not sure what the composition of KIO is but could I remind them
that it is not just hill walkers who are affected by the precent awful
lack of access to the countryside in Ireland. I am abroad in Europe a
lot and can see how in countries such as Austria, France, Switzerland
and of course GB, how everyone (and their dogs) can enjoy the
countryside on footpaths (note, footpaths, not forest tracks and main
roads) as we mostly have here.
The implications for the health of the nation should be obvious, but
obviously to the authorities this is a small matter compared to having
the landowners with their crazy prejudices, catered to.
