Hi,  I went through the troubleshooting and this is my report, but I'm not sure what it means.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi Terri,

It appears that part of the diagnostic report was cut off. Can you please post the rest of the report? I need to see the entire contents of the launch agent.
