Error: could not create a valid launch agent

Hi there

Firstly - thank you to Jon for taking the time to create this software - it's very much appreciated.

I'm using version 3.0 and my OS is Catalina. After I've chosen the external drives I want to keep spinning I get an error message saying: Could not create valid launch agent. Could not load the launch agent. Make sure that the correct permissions are set on Users/[MYNAME]/Library/LaunchAgents

I have given Keep Drive Spinning disk access permissions in the privacy tab of my mac's security settings.

A previous version of Keep Drive Spinning worked before I upgraded to Catalina.
