Hello, Keep-D

I hope you are doing well.  The coordinators are not doing well....  lol.  

It's time for us to finish up visa process, request letters, completed applications sent to KANCC and UN Mission, finishing up the outlines, thinking and planning about gifts/souvenirs, finalize our budget report, and ... crazy season just began for us...  

But, anyway, this is a secret document that existed in your Trip/Logistics folder.  I am positively sure none of you have paid any attention, except KPT so far.  

This is the requested items....  does not mean that all of these will be granted... but, you can kinda figure out what KPT wants this year to accomplish and hope to see.  

Take a look at this - I believe Sharon will shortly send out an email to you all - regarding these site visits.  

Sorry - no more addition.  When we had a meeting - the person at UN Mission joked, "oh! no problem, since you are staying for a month this time, right?"
