Fundraiser party July 27th

Hi All,

I just finally confirmed tonight the fundraiser party for July 27th with Don at Project Reach. He is okay with us having alcohol, which will have to be by donation. It will be a private event. I have a couple DJ friends who will be spinning 90s Hip Hop and RnB. It's a dancing party, and will also double as a send-off for me and rej!

We are going to do most of the legwork in advance, and just ask that coordinators attend, show up at 9pm, and help with bartending shifts and party with us!

I know this is 2 weekends in a row of "send-off", and reason for it is we figure it will be slightly different crowds so hopefully we can raise some funds!

2 things to flag:

1. Project Reach doesn't usually host late night stuff with drinks advertised, so i'm calling it la casa de tongil as the venue. Bad idea?

2. Does anyone have big speakers? The DJ's have all other equipment but need speakers.

3. I have a lot of vodka, rum and whiskey left over from awhile back (party alcohol; not top shelf by any stretch of the imagination) that I'll bring to sell.

thanks Meejin! unfortunately, I don't have any speakers nor booze (cuz i don't drink liquor at home)

but I have some left over Costco beer from my house? also I can make some hummus and bring carrots and chips?
