GENERAL PROGRAM
5-6:30 pm Set up and practice
6:30 pm door open + dinner
7-8:30pm program
8:30 - 9pm Mingle
9-10 pm clean up and get out
DETAILED PROGRAM
1. 6:30: Doors open and Dinner served
2. 7pm - 7:10pm → Meejin welcome & Intro of the group (8-10 mins)
3. 7:10pm - 7:20pm → slideshow (8-10 min) + background music Suzy/Rej
4. 7:20pm - 7:30pm → Pitch for awareness for KEEP-D Medical Drive & support of the community - Joohyun Kang/Sarah Ahn (8-10 mins)
5. 7:30pm - 7:50pm → Band 1 plays (20 minutes)
6. 7:50-8pm → Donation/Ask for medical supplies (10 minutes) Rej, Suzy, Meejin
7. 8-8:20pm → Band 2 plays (20 minutes)
8. 8:20-8:30pm → Ask all past KEEP participants to come to stage and sing song bangeupsimnida; maybe band play in background a little bit? (10 minutes)
9. 8:30-8:35pm → Pitch by KPT and KEEP-D participants
10. 8:35-9pm → Mingling; encourage folks to buy drinks
Discussion on program
· SUZY: Slide show on reflective past trips + delivery of medicine
o Suzy will complete slide show by May 28th
o Rej will help with background music for slideshow and send to NY KEEP-D group by May 29th
o Kimchee bowl NDD played a general slide show as a background and then had feature slide show about 30-35 pictures (10 second per 1 photo for 8 minutes)
o Jueyon suggested Psi’s new song.
Logistics for event:
1. Drinks: Soju cocktail, beer (heineken), liquor (vodka, whiskey), wine, ice, soda (Meejin)
2. Food: REJ → Duk bokki, 오댕국, kimbap, 김치 (~60-75 ppl) ????
a. as part of set-up, Rej needs 3 ppl to help make kim-bap
b. Needs huge pot to make 오댕국
c. Dessert: Meejin will get cake from her neighborhood
3. Set-up/Clean-up crew: betsy, juyeon, sharon, meejin, suzy, rej and rest of nodutdol crew
Questions for KPT:
1. Who is reaching out to Joo-Hyun and Sarah about doing asks?
2. Can one of them blast invite out to Nodutdol list?
3. What was food and drink budget been in past? How many folks do you usually prep food for?
