Meejin Fundraiser Party July 13 or 20?

Hi All,

I wanted to check in with a scheduling question.

My understanding from Sharon at our last study session is that we need to do 3 things before August:

1. Host 1st gen fundraiser of some type in July

2. Last Study session: July 13th from 3-6pm (is that time right?)

3. KEEP-D send-off

So... I am also thinking about trying to do a personal fundraiser in early-mid July. I have a couple of DJ's and think I could do it at my apartment even though it would be really hot. But we could make it hawt lol. Ideally it would be July 13th late night starting at 10pm. The issue is I'm not sure at this point what date our send-off will be. Please let me know ASAP so I can start to put the word out about this fundraiser! And of course save the date b/c you're invited!

oh Meejin i just saw your question about the study sessions -- I have it as 5 pm-8 pm in the calendar. Does that screw with your fundraiser plans??

i think we were going to do earlier like 3-6 that day. is that wrong?

we said 3:30-6:30, but can change to 4-7p or later. rej wanted it later

since i'm kinda confused with all the emails going around, please correct me if I'm wrong: is the send off plus the 1st gen fundraiser on 7/20? and our last study session is on 7/13? if so, I believe at our last meeting we said 7/13 (last study session) was going to be either 3:30p-6:30pm if it's at Meejin's work place and 4-7pm if it's at Notdutdol office.
