Emailed to ask if we can push back the date for the event. to march.
we can have a talk for the students and a teaching sessions for
clinicians. we need to be able to effectively contact clinicians. I am
available to meet everyday after about 5 or 6 i'm on the uhns city
general site mostly atm for a meeting please let me know when you are
all available next week I will be at teaching next week on monday 6
till seven. though I would suggest that attending teaching is quite
useful. we can meet before or afterwards if possible.
we should arrange another Movie night, when should we do it? and what
should we show?
Student teaching would also be a good idea, some of you have already
agreed you would like to teach. would you prefer lecture or practical.
I think both are good practicing giving presentations is very useful.
I will see If i can sort out some certificates for those who would
like to participate.

Thanks for sorting this out Lucy,
from the Roger N point of view- what date have you picked? If lecture
theatre/small rooms are free, can we book them asap?
Do you have a title &brief description of what he will be talking
about with clinicians and the students afterwards, timings and an idea
of cost : I seem to remember that the idea of running a session for
clinicians was to gather enough funds to pay an honorarium for Dr
Neighbour. Also: what audience were you aiming at from a clinician
point of view? The faculty, GP tutors or any GPs or GP trainees? Let
me know & I'll start disseminating those details to the appropriate
groups asap.

I'm around Wednesday evening this week and next- but recognise the
meeting depends on the availability of the group members most
importantly! Let me know if there's any way I can help with teaching/
organising.
