Hi,

I cannot use the tool kedr_capture_trace. I tried on kernel 3.13.0 and 4.12.0. I followed all the instruction as explained here: https://github.com/euspectre/kedr/wiki/kedr_manual_getting_started#getting-started and in fact I am able to use the leak check tool correctly.
Unfortunately I cannot see no executable called kedr_capture_trace in /usr/local/bin/ folder.

Best regards,

Emanuele

Hi,
Looks like we forgot to update the docs. kedr_capture_trace was removed
in
https://github.com/euspectre/kedr/commit/7d3b7ccbdddcd174fd36ac9fb2d3f2590ae6acea

Anyway, I would not recommend using tracing facilities from KEDR and
will probably remove them altogether in the future.

Ftrace (provided by the Linux kernel itself) is far superior system for
tracing now.

LeakCheck and fault sumulation facilities from KEDR might still be useful.
