Just to budget bilik (dah jimat dari segi penginapan coz i rasa kadar sewa dalam minimal rate)
Enn - 10 bilik (RM 99)
En. Abus - 6 bilik
KTM - 3 bilik (if tuan pengerusi dpt ler)
Others - 3 bilik ( any committee lain yg ada co's/ personal banglo/ unit )

Proposal date : 24-25 Dis (rasanya ideal date) kena confirm cepat sbb enn nak tempah date utk banglo at least 1 month before.

24/12/2011 (sabtu)
By the way apa kata kita pot luck every 1 family 1 dishes (any thing -keikhlasan hati)
10.00 am -2.00 pm - Bertolak ke Frazer (konvoi/sendiri?) -Activiti treasure hunt tu okey coz mcm kata pn zila cakap tu...buat simple treasure hunt ambik gambar kat plaza tol ker,cari buah naga warna putih ke...etc
2.00 pm -4.30 - Dijangka sampai/ check in (kaum ibu masak nasi & hidang lauk utk lunch, i rasa kena centralised satu tpt utk setiap acara makan, rasanya kena kat banglo UDA coz justifikasi berikut :-
Ruang makan muat untuk lebih kurang 100 orang
Bilik mesyuarat untuk lebih kurang 20 orang
2 Padang badminton (outdoor)
Parking kereta dlm 20 biji (tempat bbq ler muat dlm 50 orang)
Ada 2 ruang tamu
Ruang indoor game (muat dlm 20 orang)
Ruang memasak muat dlm 10 orang
Rasanya ada karaoke set (nanti i cek )
dan terakhir sekali peralatan yang disediakan - rice cooker 2 biji, ketuhar, dapur (pinggan n lain2, x sure utk berapa org..)
4.30 pm -6.30 - Acara indoor game bermula
Rasanya kalau disana musim sejuk x leh buat game duduk diam nanti beku...kena buat aktivit lasak2 sikit spt,
Kanak below 12 tahun
1. Rebut kerusi (cdgn pn. ana)
2. Pertandingan menyanyi /azan/ hafal surah/ nasyid
3. Dart
4. lain2
Kanak lebih 12 tahun -remaja (yg sertai ler).
1. Buat treasure hunt cth suruh tanya 15 nama penuh para ibubapa yang hadir / nama pokok sekeliling banglo ker etc ler..
2. Buat apa2 persembahan (ikut kumpulan) utk malam nye.
Utk dewasa,
1. lelaki - lawan tangan, julang bola raga etc
2. Wanita - dart, batu seremban etc
6.30-7.30 mlm - REHAT & SOLAT
7.30 mlm - 12.00 am- Acara kemuncak
BBQ
Persembahan remaja tadi
Persembahan ibubapa (jika ada)
Penyampaian hadiah/trofi
7.30 am - 9.30 am - Sarapan (disediakan oleh kaum ibu)
9.30 am - 12.30 pm- Aktiviti JJCM (jln2 cari makan) bukit frazer
1.30 pm -2.30 pm - Check out & Bertolak balik ke BTP

2. indoor game - Puan Enn - macamaner ade tak disediaka (kalau tak der sape-2 yg ader chess, shahibba & ape-2 boleh jugak bawa - yg pasti saya ader congkak 1, (dam ular ke - nostalgia la)
3. mlm bbq - yg nie kena furher discuss
4. untuk aktivity anak-2 ape yer - tolong sikit, dah buntu nie, (tak nak le mewarna dah common la - create yg iinteresting sikit
semua ini cuma yg terlintas dlm fikiran saya sja, kalau ader yg lain pls come out the idea

If closer to year end or during peak season for PD, a bit tough for everyone to spend around RM 400 ++ for the room. Probably we can explore further to have an outing in Fraser Hill. The place is consider quite near and I’m not too sure how good the place is. If the committee generally agree to have an outing in Fraser Hill, I will check the availability of AmBank’s apartment over there, 2 units with 3 room each but need to know the outing date soonest. Elok kita locked kan date ni (24-25 Dec 2011) untuk memudahkan booking dan sebagainya...
Anyway, I’m waiting for AmBank to revert the availability of the 2 units apartment for the proposed date. Kalau both units belum ada org booking, I will try to book both.
Once kita dah firm kan accommodation ni...then senang kita nak plan kita punya activity nanti..
Pn.Inn punya plan event ni dah solid rasanya... treasure hunt tu kita selitkan if necessary....kalau along the way nak kena berhenti...takut nanti kita terlewat sampai pulak...else, kalau masa megizinkan, kita buat simple “walk hunt” kat area tu pun ok rasanya.
Yang penting, kita try to bring down the accommodation cost dan sebagaimana Pn.Zila bgtau ..kot sapa2 ada lagi company apartment/bungalow kat situ..cuba2 lah bookingkan.
