Call for Papers Special Issue on Multilevel Power Converters for Utility Applications, 2014 for JPE Scheduled Publication Time: November 20, 2014   The aim of this special issue is to collect and disseminate articles that present original approaches and successful case studies for state-of-the-art of Multilevel Power Converters for Utility Applications. Prospective authors are invited to submit original contributions or survey papers for review for publication in this special issue. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):   Converter Topology Modulation Technique Control Algorithm Fault Diagnosis and Tolerant Control Specific Applications -  Renewable Energy: Wind, PV, Fuel Cell -  Energy Storage System -  Power Quality: Active Power Filter, DVR, STATCOM, etc.   All manuscripts must be submitted through JPE on-line review system in the following URL - http://manuscript.jpels.org. Submissions must be clearly marked as “Multilevel Power Converters for Utility Applications, 2014” in the top-left corner of the first page. For uploading your paper, please refer the information for authors with the submission guidelines for JPE (http://jpels.org/submission/info_authors.asp).
