As you know that the 27th graduation day of our College starts sharply at 9.00 Am on 8.3.2015.
In this connection all the graduates should confirm their presence in the registration counters before 9.00 am and the graduates, parents and invitees
have to occupy their respective seats before 9.00 am.
This may be treated as most urgent.
Information to be passed to the Dear Graduates:
1. All the Graduates and Invitees are requested to follow the Schedule given below strictly.
2. SCHEDULE: Date and Time: 08.03.2015 @ 9:00 AM Venue: Convention Centre, Kongu Engineering College .
3. All the graduates who have registered through online are requested to report at the registration counters in the convention centre
between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on 08.03.2015.
4. The reporting cannot be entertained after 9:00 AM for any reason.
5. All the graduates, parents and invitees are requested to occupy their respective seats in the convention centre before 9:00 AM.
6. The doors of the convention centre will be closed by 9:00 AM and it will be remain closed till the function is over (around 10:30 AM).
7. All the registered graduates must be present in the convention centre at 8:00 AM sharply to avoid last minute confusion.
8. Kindly pass this information to every one of your batch mates and other known graduates through Email, Whatsapp, Facebook and so on.
Also the attachment in this file is to be forwarded.
