JOINING AND PROJECT ALLOCATION PROCESS: 

SUCCESSFULLY RECRUITED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO JOIN HCLLEAP(LEARN AND EARN ACCELLERATOR PROGRAM) 

PHASE1 - TRAINING AT HCL TECHNOLOGIES CAMPUS - MANESAR (NEAR GURGAON) FOR 3 MONTHS.

PHASE 2 - OJT AT THE RESPECTIVE HCL OFFICES. PREFERENCE WOULD BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE'S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY) FOR 3 MONTHS.

PHASE 3 - DEPLOYMENT IN THE PROJECT OF HCL - GIVING PREFERENCE TO THE CANDIDATE'S HOMETOWN (DEPENDING ON PROJECT AVAILABILITY).

**Certifications during the Training Period 

(Industry Recognized Certifications) : o SAP -ABAP & BASIS SQL -MCTS oNetworking -CCNA Windows - MCSA o Testing -ISTQB Linux - RHCSA o Software Applications -ITIL 2011

**Loan Facility :

HCLTSS has partnered with IDBIBank, on student loans. You will only be required to pay INR 29,000   and remaining amount  can be availed through Loan by the bank.

Initial fee for Seat reservation : 29,000/-* ( Pay Only 29 K With Acceptance of Offer )

Balance Fees ( Bank will pay ) : 2 Lac /-* ( To be deducted in instalments from your salary while you will be working for Company )
