Here is the list of volunteer service hrs from our family for this year.

Sorry for not checking this mail earlier.

In addition to this Ram avaru has spent around 20 hrs for BOT. We'll send the details later.

Dec 15th 2012 BOT & KEC conference call from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Shobha & Ram)

= (4 hrs + 2 hrs)

Ram avaru did asset list verification on Dec 30th 2012

= (2 hrs driving + 5 hrs ???)

Jan 3rd, Jan 16th, Apr 11th, Sep 19th 2013 - Conference calls

= 6 hrs.

1) Kaveri Sankranthi from 1:00 PM left home to 10:30 PM reached home (Shobha & Ram)

   = (9 X 2 = 18 hrs)

2) Yugaadhi from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Shobha & Ram)

    = (8 X 2 = 16 hrs including driving)

3) P. B. Sreenivas Shraddanjali program from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Shobha, Ram & Akhil)

   = (7 X 2 = 14 hrs + Akhil 2 hrs sound system set up) Total = 16 hrs

3A) Program practice 5 hrs for 3 days (with Gaana Sudha family)

   = (15 x 2 = 30 hrs including driving)

3B) Other preparations for the program - community center booking, calling people, emcee for the program etc

   = {5 days for at least 2 hrs - (5 x 2) x 2 = 20 hrs}

4) Picnic (Shobha & Ram)  

    = (5 X 2 = 10 hrs including driving)

5) Ganesha program from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Shobha & Ram)

     = (8 X 2 = 16 hrs including driving)

6) Deepavali / Rajyothsava  from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Shobha & Ram)

   = (8 X 2 = 16 hrs)

7) General Body (Shobha & Ram)

    = (3 x 2 = 6 hrs)
