This is to inform you that "Abhyas Labs" in association with IEEE,
Delhi chapter is organizing a short and intensive web development
workshop on 5th September at Ambedkar Institute of Technology (AIT),
Geeta Colony, New Delhi.
As the workshop is open to other college students, it will be great if
all CS/IT/EC students at JIIT could take the benefit of it.
Salient features of the workshop:
1. Session by Piyush Gupta (Co-founder, RouteGuru)
2. Participation certificate for participants.
3. Introduction to various technologies and selection of students
for advanced course.
Course Structure:
* Designing interactive web interfaces using Dynamic HTML (DHTML)
* Understanding Document Object Model (DOM) in JavaScript
* Learning CSS fundamentals
* Introduction to API.
* How to use client-side debugger
* Event Handlers demonstration (with examples)
* Server-side scripting including backend database (PHP & mySQL)
