Dear Kebun Baru Youth Club Members,

NOTICE OF MEETING TO 17th TERM KEBUN BARU COMMUNITY CLUB YOUTH CLUB BGM 2013

Notice of Meeting is hereby given that the Biennial General Meeting of the 17th  Term Kebun Baru Community Club Youth Club will be held on 28 July 2013 from 1pm to 5pm at Kebun Baru Community Club. 

As a PAssion Card member between 12 and 35 years old, of the Kebun Baru Community Club and a resident of the Kebun Baru Constituency, you are cordially invited to attend the Biennial General Meeting to elect your Youth Executive Committee.            

 AGENDA

  1. To adopt the Minutes of last Biennial General Meeting
  2. To consider and approve the biennial report of the Youth Club
  3. To consider and approve the financial statement
  4. To elect members of the Youth Executive Committee and
  5. To transact any other business

The Biennial General Meeting marks the election of the new Youth Executive Committee who will continue the good work in organising youth programmes for the Youth Club members residing in the Constituency from July 2013 to July 2015.  

Nomination of candidates for the 17th Term CC Youth Executive Committee will be accepted from 8 July 2013 to 21 July 2013. The nomination forms are available at the Kebun Baru Community Club at 216 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4 Singapore 569897.

Bag O Sunshine Project

This time, BGM will be held in conjunction with KB YEC's Bag O Sunshine project. BOS is a flagship initiative by the KB YEC to reach out to the needy residents in our constituency. BGM participants will be divided into teams of 4 to deliver the Bags O(f) Sunshine consisting of necessities to the Public Assistance Recipients in our constituency.
