Dear Ken,
On behalf of the C2E organising committee, we are pleased to inform you that the Keat Hong C2E will be organising the Keat Hong Inject Based Exercise (IBX) cum Team Building and Community Harmony 2013 on Saturday, 5 October 2013, from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm at Ficus Ballroom, Level 2 @ Jurong Country Club, Science Centre Road, Singapore 609078.
2 Guest of Honour for the event is Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Adviser to Keat Hong Grassroots Organisations and Member of Parliament for Chua Chu Kang GRC.
3 The main objective of the event is to provide a platform for our grassroots leaders to network and foster relationship with our community partners such as IRCC/ Religious Rep, School Rep, Voluntary Welfare Organisations, Local Business Rep, Related Government Agencies (eg. Town Council, HDB, NEA, LTA, SCDF, SPF/NPC) in term of create emergency preparedness and promoting inter-ethnic understanding hence enhancing community bonding.
4 On behalf of the Organising Committee, we would like to cordially invite you and together with 3 of your members to join us at the event.
5 Transport (To & Fro) is provided at Lam Soon CC / in front of Blk423 @ 7-Eleven store at 8.15 am.
