Dear Keat Hong GROs Committee Chairman

 

 

As discussed during the Quarterly Grassroots Appointment Holders Meeting on 27 September 2013 at the Dance Studio, pl see summarised CCC Chairman slides attached.

 

For your easy reference, I have attached the pairing of committee for your planning of the Signature Project 2014 together.

 

Zone 1 RC with SCEC

Zone 2 RC with YEC

Zone 3 RC with WEC

Zone 4 RC with CSC

Zone 5 RC with IAEC

Zone 6 RC with C2E

Zone 7 & 8 RCs with MAEC

Palm Gardens, Warren and Northvale

 

 

In additional as briefed, each pairing will get a funding of $500 from CCC.

 

For the 3 NCs pairing and Zone 7/8/MAEC pairing, they will get $1000 each.

 

For easy accounting, the account manager for each pairing will be the RC.

 

Each pairing committee will have to prepare a 3-minute presentation on their Signature project for 2014 during the workplan presentation on the 24 November at Guilin Restaurant

Home TeamNS Bukit Batok Clubhouse from 8.30am – 2.00pm.

 

 

 

CMs in reading, pl assist to follow up and facilitate the event meeting with your chairman to commence the Signature Project meeting in October 2014.  

 

 

Pl submit the presentation to CO by 10 November 2013.

 

 

Joseph in reading, pl collate all the presentation.
