Dear CSC Chairpersons,

 

                        The Community Sports Night 2013 (CS Night 2013), which was originally scheduled on 30 June 2013 was postponed due to the haze situation.  A new event date has been firmed up on Saturday, 19 October 2013 at 7.00pm at the People’s Association Headquarters Lawn located at 9 King Georges’ Avenue Singapore 208581.

 

2                      The booking for the CS Night 2013 Halal-Chinese dinner table for the rescheduled date is now open!  The price remains at $400 per table of 10 persons.  Vegetarian diet can be arranged at an additional cost of $40 per person.  Kindly submit the attached “Table Booking Form” to Community Sports Section (Attention to Ms Audrey Chen) with a cheque made payable to “People’s Association” by Thursday, 22 August 2013.  Please be informed that table(s) booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the cheque(s).  The Event Advisory will be provided nearer the date of the function.

 

3                      We also seek your kind assistance to check your Adviser’s availability to attend the function.  Upon confirmation of your Adviser’s attendance, we will follow up with the administrative details nearer the date of the function.
