Hi Keat Hong CSC Team,

Can we have our representation for the GRC Workplan Retreat? Young Liak and Ho, can we you help to coordinate with Wee Xian, to let him know who will be able to attend.

It will be good to have our Key members or OB in the retreat so that we can connect with the other CSC from the GRC as well.

Dear Keat Hong Chairman

Following Prime Minister’s National Day Rally and the strategic shift in the government’s approach to nation-building, we need to align our GROs in working towards Community 2015, to help foster togetherness within the community in building “A Great Home and a Caring Community”. More importantly, the community needs to move forward together through the mustering of resources and help to identify members of our community who are vulnerable and who fell through the social cracks, so as One B.I.G. Family…our Chua Chu Kang GRC can progress forward together.

2 The objectives for our Chua Chu Kang GRC Workplan Retreat are:

(a) Build camaraderie spirit among our GRLs through teambuilding activities;

(b) Overview of each division’s key achievements in 2013;

(d) Communicate, inspire and align our key GRLs to adopt the “WeCARE” approach as we work towards the vision of Community 2015.

3 Our GRC Grassroots Advisers will be joining us for this Workplan Retreat and details are as follows:

Date: Saturday, 26 October 2013

Time: 8.30am to 1.30pm (Halal tea break and buffet lunch provided)

Venue: Joy Garden Restaurant Ballrooms 1 & 2@ SAFRA Jurong (Map provided in programme)

Programme (Tentative): As attached

Attire: Divisional Polo Tee

4 There will be nomination 50 GRLs per Division, including CCC/CCMC/RCs/NCs/GROs Chairmen and GRLs.

CMs in charge will follow up with the respective chairman to ensure Keat Hong is represented accordingly.

Each committee, chairman pl bring along 1 or 2 active member.

CMs in reading, pl check with your chairman.

Everyone to submit to Paul.

Paul in reading, pl ensure there are 50 reps after collation and send back to Nomination to GCD office – Nicholas Tan.

Zhili in reading, pl charter 1 bus (2-way) for the GRLs, and claim from CCKCCC.
