Hi Ka Ming and Paige,

 

Just to summarize the discussions regarding OCW on 4 Jul 2013 at Yew Tee CC.

 

1.       Title of OCW: Walk with a Heart

 

·       Date: 25 Aug 2013 (Sunday)

 

·       Venue: Hardcourt opposite Lot 1

 

·       Ticket price set $2 (T-shirt & goodie bag)

 

·       Print 2k game cards. Each game card price at $1 each. Each division will have 200 cards for sales and reminding will be sold at the counter.

 

2.       The plan layout:

 

·       One side (all manned by ITE students): 

1.        6 game stalls

2.        2 booths (ITE) selling canned drinks

3.        1 game card booth

 

·       Other side:

1.        NEA & other agencies

2.        Agencies games stall

 

       3.  Tasks allocation:

 

Keat Hong

1.        Logistics (tables, chairs, barricades, tentage) and distribution of goodie bags

2.        Reception

3.        Distribution of goodie bags. Keat Hong will provide blk 341 (Keat Hong Cultural Centre) to house the goodie bags

4.        Backdrop for the event

 

Yew Tee

1.        Publicity: Tickets, Posters and banners (target to start selling by Next Monday 15 July)

2.        Water point at end point

3.        Fund manager

 

Choa Chu Kang

1.        Programmes & performances (Zumba and K-pop dance)

2.        Lucky draw prizes

3.        Fringe Activities

4.        PA system – Naga has confirmed that the PA system is ready 7 am in preparation for the flag off

 

As agreed, every division will send some helpers for goodie packing on 24 Aug, time TBC
