To send out

a. 1 X AMBULANCE with a driver, 1 x male medic

b. 1st aid box, equipment, facilities, stretchers (1st aid, scoop/spinal board), otc medication, pain relief

c. emergency equipment - oxygen, airways, splints, resus mask, ambubag, AED/defibrillator

All minor injuries will be treated at site and any major casualty will be rushed to hospital. In the event that there is a casualty to transport to hospital, based on triage, we might call in one of our external elements to do the transfer - essence is continuous coverage. Charges;

a. for the service coverage: $ 400.00

b. in the event that the AED is used - $200 for the disposable pads

c. any casualty transported to hospital - between $80 to $100

Pls revert with confirmation, contact person name and mobile. You will be responsible to provide designated parking lot for the ambulance, ice and water for treatment of casualties. Crew will call you when they are on the way. We will invoice you after the event Tks

Hi Sir,

Keat Hong CSC will be organising Keat Hong Inter Regu Sepak Tekraw Tournament 2013 on 2 June 2013. The venue will be at Golazo LLP, 2 Jurong West St25.

The Organising Committee will require 1 ambulance to be on standby for any emergency during the tournament.

The duration of the event is from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. Your ambulance will be stationed at the allocated parking lot at the Golazo LLP. Please provide a quotation to standby an ambulance with crews for this event. Thanks. Best regards.
