Pl note that as per last CCC Meeting on the 19 December 2013 , Adviser has endorsed some enhancements for the GROs planning for 2014.

a) Scheduling of Grassroots events

 

The schedules for CO office to manage are as follows.

Saturdays: 6pm-1030pm

Sundays: 8am-1pm

 

b) First-come-first-serve basis booking of schedule

Please note that in order to be fair to committees who plan and block early, CO will send out to committee chairman once the date is blocked.

Furthermore, please also book Adviser’s schedule through the CO only.

Typically, we can have back to back events on Saturday evening (one event except breakfast approximate 45 minutes to 1 hour for adviser to be around). Sunday breakfast will be approximate about 1.5 hours followed by house visit.

 

c) Rescheduling of Block Visits

Sunday mornings 10am-1pm

 

 

Pl note that Adviser Mr Zaqy has kindly prioritised the above timings for GROs commitment.

 

Please do note that timings that is outside the Adviser’s schedule for GROs events will be subjected to approval as Adviser might be having some other commitments.
