Motion, Key and various shizz

Hello People, 

I have sent the TUC motion just now and the deadline is today at 5pm, they also have to be submitted on a special form so have a look if you need to get one in. 

Also the list of names at the end of this email is those with access to the office. Whenever you want the key you go to the security desk and will have to hand your card over to be able to access the office. Anyones name who is on the list is able to add names to the front of the book. 

Management got back to me very speedily but at the moment they think the GH is booked on that day however they are trying to secure it for us, if not I said we would be happy to use the Edmund J Safra or the Arthur Paula Lucas. Will let you know when I hear anything.
