Room booking for Save the NHS meeting

Hi all

 

A group of student nurses are setting up a KCL Save The NHS group to try and get more medical and nursing students organised campaigning around the NHS reforms. As we are still all studying we wanted to have a public meeting on the 31st May at Waterloo campus at 5pm to discuss the Health and Social Care bill. We have a couple of people from the Health Workers Network confirmed to speak already, we just need a venue. We were hoping someone could use the We Support Our Teachers or another society to book rooms at Waterloo Campus for us. Marcos helpfully did it before but we didn't get the speakers sorted in time so it didn't go ahead. Now we have a bit more time, and speakers confirmed already so we thought we would give it another go.

 

The booking we would like if possible is from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday the 31st of May, for a room of 60 to 80 people. We are meeting on Monday at 1pm in the canteen at Waterloo campus is anyone wants to come along and get involved with the group and help build for the meeting (if we can get a room!)
