MAUI run time error:-Unable to load file error

I downloaded MAUI 1.2 from https://code.google.com/archive/p/maui-indexer/ . In this Example.java works perfectly but when I run MauiTopicExtractor.java and MauiModelBuilder.java

I get the above error. I run this from eclipse and have set all the .jar files and classpath properly yet it doesn't work. Don't know what to do.

Pls help.
