I'm closing the form by the end of the day, so fill out your date's name! 

It starts at 9pm and goes until 11pm at Miyake. We got some rolls, but sake isn't included, so bring cash for sake bombs! They should be $13 a piece. BRING ID. 

Leah will be sobering (GO LEAH!) so if there are any issues or you're in need of a coherent person she'll be around :) 

Dress code is anything -- you can be in costume or clothed or naked! You do you.
