Thanks Bro Arman,

My comments, except for the last few slides, the attached drawing still does not satisfy the following:-

A) actual design of the revised proposal - should be in 3D drawing to get the consensus of all qariah

B) sections or compartments of the new areas - basically sharing the exact layout plus its specific purposes/usage

C) side view with exact architectural measurements - so that all of us know the highest peak and height of the anjung

D) and the most important is the "money"!!! - the revised drawing should come with its BQ and detail costing so that we have some ideas whether the quotation is reasonable or at least at market rate

E) finally, if i may ask, amongst the current AJK, ada ke civil engineer, QS or construction background? If tak ada, if i may suggest, we ask for an independent opinion dari kalangan ahli qariah on a "pro bono" basis. Klu takde jugak, if we have a detailed drawing and its costing/BQ, i can try and get member2 tolong review and kita bagi aje sikit saguhati/cenderahati

Tahniah, idea yang baik tapi yang penting bila nak mula take off? Dan bila jangkaan siap? Adakah perancangan reka bentuk baru mengambil Kira pandangan jiran sekeliling Surau? Cost Nya?

The plan was initial proposal by the architect.  Details or actual design are not finalised yet. We will update all the Jemaah once everything is in order.

With reference to proposed draft that was presented to us earlier ie after the mediation process, other than the location of bilik pengurusan jenazah has been moved nampak macam the area has been shrunk a bit...boleh tolong confirm tak?

We told the architect that all aspects must follow MBPJ requirements. May be some adjustments have been made to suit the requirements.
