ETHOS - Cancellation Process

Did anyone cancelled their flat in ETHOS. Is it ok to take post dated cheque or is it a trap to cancel the flat and not to return money.

Hi,
i cancelled my flat in October'13, they gave PDCs which cleared on time.
i cannot say about current situation & don't know how many flat members are still with Ethos.

Hi,

I cancelled ethos in may-15 I got cheque dated 25th July 2015 which got bounced then again they give cheque of 25th Jan 2016..
