Dear Hari Kumarjyoo,
 
Better to organise program there in Nepal not on 1st of December, but bit later as I informed before. I have attached the tentative plan again here. We will have Int'l Poem Festival on 1st of December and will announce winners. We need to give prize to the winners. So better to invite one minister in the program and celebrate the program and give prize to the winners and certificates to the radio playing leading role for this program and also we will appoint one renowned person as our Cultural Ambassador. What I am thinking - instead of 10 we can announce 7 or 5 best poems because of numbers of poems received and fund collected. From this we can manage little bit money for the program. We will discuss and decide on this matter soon. I would like to request to send more poems ASAP from Nepal. We are not receiving poems that we were expecting. If difficulty to make audio file just send text file with photo and contact details and you can send audio file later or I can ask radio to call poets to record directly in the studio.  

Line minister for the program I think from UML. If necessary pls ask Tanka Karki as one of our Global advisor. He will help without any hesitation - I had long communication before to appoint him as our advisor. We need to take his help when we need to go to Chinese embassy to change course book content in Chinese course books. I think we will not be able to do that job before the forthcoming Buddha Jayanti We need to concentrate our attention fully to the Int'l Conference as we have 5 months left.

This year's Lumbini Kapilvastu Day is coming soon. Therefore, Nepal Chapter is planning to organize a Workshop entitled "Poet Workshop on Buddha, Lumbini and Peace Promotion" on Dec. 1, 2014. The venue will be in Lumbini (the birth place of Buddha), Nepal. However, it depends on the availability of funds. Therefore, we are planning to collect funds for this programme, and hearty request you all to donate as much you could manage.
Lastly, we are looking forward to receive your kind response as soon as possible.
