You can view them here,
http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/team/te/ (here they will be
one day old)
If you want to see the latest and updated po files, you can use the
websvn, the link is,
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/te/messages/

No archives yet, I believe.

There are a lot of po files yet to be localized.
you can see the list in l10n.kde.org site, which I sent you before
