Handlers in KDBAPPCODE

Hi, 

Is there a reason why torq.q doesn't read in handlers q files from KDBAPPCODE?

For pretty much everything else such as settings, common code, proc-type code and proc-name code, both the torq and the app versions are loaded, whereas only the torq version of handlers is loaded.

This would be useful when overwriting functionality in the default implementations, e.g. loadpassword[] in trackservers.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, you are correct it should be loading both the version from the TorQ code and the App code, we will look into getting this corrected. Apologies for any inconvenience.
