Redundant sort config?

In the Finance Starter Pack, the sort process duplicates some of the config from the wdb; the savedir and hdbdir:

As far as I can tell these configs aren't required explicitly in the sort process, as the wdb provides them as arguments when calling sort:

Have I missed anything?
