Elections for the selection of KCWA Executive Committee 2019 – 2021

Dear Member,
Please be informed that the forthcoming elections for the KCWA Executive Committee 2019 - 2021 will be held on Friday, 22 March 2019 at 6:30 pm in Harmony hall, behind Al-Rashid Hospital, Salmiya.
The following Executive Committee positions are open for contest:
1. President, 2. Vice President, 3. General Secretary, 4. Asst. General Secretary, 5. Treasurer - General, 6. Treasurer - Cultural, 7. Auditor,
8. Member’s Affairs Coordinator, 9. Public Relation Officer, 10. Sports Secretary, 11. Cultural Secretary, 12. Education Fund Coordinator,
13. Website Administrator.
Responsibilities and duties of the Executive Committee positions will be provided upon request.
During the General Body Meeting held on Friday, 22 February 2019 at Harmony hall, Salmiya, a 3 member Election Commission was set up for this purpose as stipulated in the Constitution. Contact details of Election Commission members are as follows:

KCWA members wishing to contest in the Election are requested to submit the duly filled and signed original nomination form (attached) in person to any of the commission members. Last date to submit nomination is 8 March 2019 and last date to withdraw nomination is 10 March 2019.
All candidates must be present for the Election meeting.
All members are kindly requested and encouraged to take active part in the election process and attend the election meeting in large numbers on Friday, 22 March 2019 to elect efficient new office bearers to take KCWA to greater heights.

Responsibilities and duties of the Executive Committee positions are available with the Election Commission and will be provided upon request. All contesting candidates must be present for the Election on 22nd March 2019.
