Hey, they have to set the stage for Bailout '09 (and '10, '11
and '12 . . .).

Of course, because it will be Herr Obama signing off on it, it
won't be corporate welfare at all. I don't know what it will be,
but it won't be corporate welfare, because Democreeps don't
sign off on corporate welfare.

I wonder -- will it be one of the HMO companies that gets bailed
out, as a prelude to Obama-Care?
