Good idea here. It can be offered for almost no charge over the
internet as a PDF file, which is how I put out New Mexico Liberty,
and then the 15 FRN charge be applied to print subscriptions, to
cover mailing costs.

Been doing this since July, 2003, but I only have after June, 2006
online right now.

Some questions here --

1. What would the name of the newsletter be?
2. Who do you recommend as the editor?
3. How many pages?
4. Desired format --
8.5 x 11
11 x 17 with a fold in the middle
some sort of newspaper
other format
5. Would there be another electronic format, such as the articles
posted in blog format, or like The Libertarian Enterprise?
6. Would advertising be offered? What would the rates be?
7. What subject matter would be off-limits to the editor(s)?
