Dear Toastmasters,
Did you all read my previous mail dated 7th Aug?
How many of you are prepared to grab the opportunity?
"If a window of opportunity appears, don't pull down the shade." grab it. The shade can be ignorance, laziness and lack of dedication.
We all are aware that KCT release a magazine “Kaleidoscope” every quarter. Are you geared up to make a mark of yours in the magazine for this quarter ending Sep-18?
If yes, take paper and pen draft your articles and send it to me.
"As long as you are going to be thinking anyway, think big." Think big and then write.
The big is when you think of a great idea and put it in your own words. The small is "Literally copying from somewhere and pasting on the paper".
Here are some suggestions for you to take-off with the literary piece of material to be submitted:
1. Articles and stories should be as best as possible original. (Yes, you may refer and in this case specify. Avoid copying and pasting)
2. Try writing personal anecdotes, your personal experience, stories or personal jokes.
3. Today is World Environment day, let us write something on it.... just a suggestion.
4. All submissions in A4 size paper (400-500words in the least) to be submitted to my email id. bhupa...@gmail.com. Pls do not Whatsapp. However, you can alert me on whatsapp when the article or literary material is sent
5. As always in Toastmasters, strictly, no S R P !!!
6. All material submitted will be subject to editing. Editor's decision on acceptance is final.
"To stay ahead, you must have your next idea waiting in the wings." I hope you all know it. We get "N" number of ideas per second, catch the best one to stay ahead.
