Greetings, dear Fellow-Toastmasters!! "Kaleidoscope" is calling each one of you......
"Kaleidoscope" is (normally) our quarterly Club's literary magazine! And it's inviting you to send articles, personal stories, anecdotes, poems, jokes, etc... anything printable in writing. Toastmasters just do not give speeches, they also write!! The literary skills of any person can also spell leadership in every way!
Our Club President at the last ExCom meeting has given me this task of compiling the magazine before mid-June. So here we are.... let's get our pen and paper and jot few lines to adorn yet another issue of our "Kaleidoscope" magazine. Let us all make it a colorful one!!
The deadline for submission of articles is 14th June, 2018, so that all matter available can be compiled on 15June for a simple booklet or e-booklet to be made. Let us see who can beat the clock. The best "original" article will get a surprise!
Here are some suggestions for you to take-off with the literary piece of material to be submitted:
- Articles and stories should be as best as possible original. (Yes, you may refer and in this case specify. Avoid copying and pasting)
- Try writing personal anecdotes, your personal experience, stories or personal jokes.
- Today is World Environment day, let us write something on it.... just a suggestion.
- All submissions in A4 size paper (400-500words in the least) to be submitted to my email id. samar...@hotmail.com. Pls do not Whatsapp. However, you can alert me on whatsapp when the article or literary material is sent
- As always in Toastmasters, strictly, no S R P !!!
- All material submitted will be subject to editing. Editor's decision on acceptance is final.

Dear Fellow-Toastmasters,
Thank you for your kind support in submitting articles.
We got 9 of them in our pocket, duly edited and anotated. They will all go in print to our literary mouthpiece "Kaleidoscope". DTM Rufus will be giving it the usual colorful finishing touch and the e-kaleidoscope will be ready for release at our next and final meeting of this term, 2017-18. A soft copy will be sent to all Members in due course.
