Greetings as we move towards the last Week of this month with another Toastmasters Session.
Wow! Our TMoDay has enthusiastically done the ground work for our next meeting and all in readiness to take-off with KCT Meeting 449 with the theme "positivity"!
Let us give him all the positive boosts he needs by our attendance, participation and applause on his maiden role as TMoDay!
We also have a TableTopics Master and Grammarian/Ah Counter Toastmaster embarking on their maiden role! May they bloom with grace in their performances.
A JokeMaster is also on his maiden assisgnment!
Prepared Speeces - we have two versatile Speakers doing their Pathways projects and our Pathways Ambassador on his run for the Gold achievement with a surprise speech! Be present to listen to our Pathways Ambassador!
To conclude the Session we have a General Evaluator who would give us positive feedbacks from his vast experience in Toastmasters.
Let's see it all happen with TM Joby Jose as the TMoDay and lace it with our positive vibes, minds and life! There isn't anything better up our sleeve than participating in this Toastmasters Meeting Session.

Greetings from your VP-Education on the eve of our milestone meeting No.450! Let us gear up for the auspicious meeting with all the enthusiasm and vibrancy we can!
Our Area Champion TMoDay Prasad Karkala is still prucing-up the Agenda which he assures to flash on the whatsapp screen shortly and will roll us at the meeting with the a unique milestone theme!
The theme of the meeting is ; MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENTS...
The Speakers are requested to garnish their prepared speeches with a pinch or two on the milestone achievements relevant to Toastmasters or in real life, if they can. All other assignees and other speakers of the day are encouraged to lace their pep talk with similar milestone spice!

Re: KCT Meeting No.451 - Wed., 29Aug18, 7.15p.m. - 9.30p.m. @ KSC "Skybiz"
We are all set in two days time on Wednesday, 29th August, 2018, at 7.30 pm, to take-off with yet another Toastmasters meeting after our Club's 450th earlier this month.
TM Harish is all groomed up to take up the mantle on his first assignment as the Toastmaster of the Day. Let us give him the much needed support and encouragement.
Here's what we can expect to see and hear on the day:
- Three prepared Speeches, all on Pathways Project No.1, the Icebreaker, from a veteran Toastmaster and two others on the maiden Toastmasters speaking platform. Be there to hear their personal stories and ambitions!
- A Toastmaster of the day, catapulting his maiden assignment role in his unique style!
- A seasoned Table Topics Master, embarking on a triple role. Toastmasters do wear different hats!!!
- A masterclass General Evaluator, dissecting the length and breadth of our 451st meeting!
All above, with the usual Toastmasters paraphernelia withing the four walls of a Toastmasters meeting to develop our leadership and communication skills.
Let us all assemble early, latest by 7.15p.m. to take-off sharp at 7.30p.m.
Yes, yes, indeed our TMoDay is driving down direct from the deserts of Saudi Arabia to anchor KCT Meeting No.451 and steer us through yet another milestone-plus meeting!

Greetings once again! Pleased to advise that our TMoDay Shekar Koppad has done most of the ground-work for our next meeting! Let us give him a warm round of applause...(clap, clap, clap!) 😊
Attached is the draft Agenda prepared by TMoDay. Pls go through the contents of same - especially the Assignees including Speakers. We need a Timer and a Jokemaster. Anyone coming forward to wear these hats is welcome!
We have three prepared Speeches.... all going down the road of "Pathways"!! I can see our PW Ambassador smiling (😊😊)!! Let's be all ears to the Speakers, one of whom is on debut and another repeating PW1 speech perfecting himself! Wow, way to go for these Toastmasters who have just joined and creating a ripple! A round of applause for them too. Three seasoned individual evaluators are evaluating them....let us listen to their evaluation too!!
We have another seasoned Speaker as the General Evaluator and he will analyse the entire meeting deliberations.
So then, let us march to "Skybiz" and be a part of this show to perform yet another Toastmasters Session during this Founder's month. Besides, this month is also dedicated to the founding of our Club.... chartered on 16th October, 2001. It will be KCT's 17th Anniversary...we have come a long way and we are living Sir Ralph C. Smedley's dream! Kudos to the TMI organisation...we are all gaining from his dream!

It's time again for another Toastmasters Meeting anchored by Yours Truly! The theme of the meeting will be "Educational Workshops" since we will have the Humourous Speech and Speech Evaluation Workshops with an eye on the forthcoming Contests, which will be undertaken by Champion Speakers as already informed. The Champion Speakers are guiding us towards the forthcoming Club Contest participation and its preparation - be there to learn and perform well at the Contests. Dear Fellow-Toastmasters,
Greetings once again! Hope to see all of you at "Skybiz", KSC premises tomorrow evening at 6.45pm for the Contest meeting.
Requesting all to attend and make it a success.
The final Agenda is attached herewith. All ours to roll in the spirit of healthy competition.
Be there to participate. Some more Contestants welcome to join.
Members need to be in good standing. Payment of all Club dues upto Dec18 is the criteria. The TMI rule book has already been sent on whatsapp for your reference. Just a reminder for beginners, no SRP (i.e. strictly no sex, religion and politics in their speech deliveries during the contest. Thank you for adhering to this rule) in humorous speeches. 5 Judges from outside our Area will judge our Contests and their decision is final. DTM Elpido Quitevis is the Chief Judge and there will be a tiebreaker judge.
Remember, attending one Contest meeting is like attenting atleast 5 normal meetings! So be there to participate and if not as an applauding audience.

Greetings! Hope to see all of you at "Skybiz", KSC premises once again on Wednesday, 28th November, 2018, for our Meeting No.457 for yet another Session of our Toastmasters Meeting anchored by our Club President with a mock Table Contest Workshop Session conducted by Yours Truly including explanation for beginners on the TT Contest and rehearsal.
Those who are ready with their International Contest Speeches can also deliver them at this meeting as a rehearsal/practice and obtain feedback/suggestions for improvement. Pls come forward to deliver your Contest speeches informing the VP-Education and we will accommodate.
Our VP-PR is ready with the 1st Quarter Edition of the "Kaleidoscope", our Club literary magazine. It will be released on this day during the meeting by TM Roshan Lewis.
The Draft Agenda of the meeting is attached herewith and we request all Members to confirm their respective Assignments to the VP-Ed. The Agenda is subject to changes and the final Agenda will be forwarded one day prior to the meeting. The Prepared Speeches Speakers are required to give the title of the Speech for inclusion in the Agenda. The Grammarian is requested to prepare for introducing the Word of Day together with its explanation and usage.
