MySpace Cancellation

I have canceled my MySpace account after reading this story on Slashdot.

Rupert Murdoch has no moral compass.  I knew I should have canceled as soon as he bought it.  It just went in the crapper after that happened, and now this.  I'm done with them. 

Just passing on the info.

Very interesting Jim. Don't you think all the others including FB and
Reverbnation are already doing this? I would expect MSN and other
hosts of webpages to do it as well. Nothing is sacred that is on the
web IMHO. Your take? rkj

I have heard no reports of the sites you mention actually selling their user information.  If you have links to any such reports, please share them.
